Brora raced into a 3-0 lead with goals from Adam Mackinnon, Jordan Macrae and Max Ewan. Despite creating more openings they were unable to add to the score. Forres pulled a goal back shortly before half time.

Brora started the second half strongly but Storrier in the Forres goal make some good saves.

As the mist descended making visibility difficult Brora were reduced to 10 men as Millar Gamble saw Red. Forres then reduced the deficit to one goal to set up a nervy finish. But Brora were able to see the game out to claim the 3pts.
